- Cedar Collector beta with native Polar H10 external heart-rate support.
- Adds native SensorPush HTP.xw environment monitoring for temperature, humidity, station pressure, battery, signal, and stale-reading state.
- Pairs with Cedar through Convex using the six-digit owner app flow.
- Supports live sessions, activity labels, last-seen updates, Find My Dog, Lost Mode receipts, and offline queue recovery.
Compatibility Notes
- Validated on Pixel 8a with Android 15.
- Requires Bluetooth Scan and Bluetooth Connect for Polar H10 and SensorPush HTP.xw hardware.
- Requires location, notification, foreground service, motion sensor, camera, microphone, and audio permissions for the full collector workflow.
- SensorPush HTP.xw readings are environment readings only, not body temperature or medical readings.
- Direct APK installs require Android's install unknown apps approval for the browser or file manager used to open the APK.
Install Instructions
- Download the APK from the Cedar Android download page.
- Open the downloaded file and allow installation from this source when Android asks.
- Open Cedar Collector, grant requested permissions, and pair with the six-digit code from the Cedar owner app.
- Keep this download page available for future APK updates.
